A strong partnership with management

KeBeK is an active shareholder, who supports the management in the execution of the corporate strategy. KeBeK acts as a sounding board and sparring partner for the management team.

KeBeK will not assume management positions, but will make the fundamental corporate decisions in conjunction with management. These decisions relate to matters such as large investment projects, geographical expansion, acquisitions, new product development, or additions or changes to the management team. All the decisions should fit within the jointly defined strategic plan, that may be updated and amended over time. KeBeK will further ensure that the appropriate corporate structure is in place and that sufficient funds are available to allow the execution of the strategic plan. In many situations, KeBeK is able to share « best practices », introduce business opportunities, or give access to its network of sector specialists and corporate managers.

Management teams of portfolio companies are strongly encouraged to co-invest alongside KeBeK, and share significantly in the realized value creation.
